This will require us to turn off the water, remove the filters' housings, replace the filters, reinstall the housings, and turn the water back on. We will then test for leaks and proper water pressure.

This will include installing the new water heaters, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless-steel water supply lines to the water heaters’ connectors, new brass drain valves, and wiring up the electrical connections to the new water heaters. We will then bleed the air out of the water lines, ensure that the units’ temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valves are properly vented, and set the units to their appropriate operating temperatures.

Pride Plumbing was called out for no hot water in an upstairs master bathroom. Our inspection determined that the setting on the home's tankless water heater was incorrect and was causing the water to lose heat before reaching the upstairs bathrooms. We adjusted the water heater's settings, tested the water temperature, and the issue was corrected.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking 50-gallon LP gas American lowboy water heater with a new 50-gallon electric Rheem PROE38-S2-RH95-B lowboy model. This included removing and disposing of the old water heater along with its electrical wiring, venting, and gas and water supply lines; installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a new brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections (adding a Romex connector), bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit was properly vented, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature. An electrician came out and connected the unit's wiring to the home's electric main.
