Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) use an excavator to trench a ditch from the house to the town sewer tap to expose and remove the outside main sewer septic drain line; 2) install a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the town's sewer tap at the edge of the property and the main drain line underneath the home) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new sewer drain line; and 4) backfill, tamp, and spread grass seed and straw after the work has been inspected and approved by Stanly County's Inspection Department.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged toilet. We used a sewer machine down through a roof vent and cleared the blockage. We flushed the toilet multiple times to test it and there were no further issues. A camera inspection revealed that a plumber's snake had broken off in the drain line; this issue is being resolved by homeowner.

Pride Plumbing was called out by the customer to inspect their septic tank. The tank was located underneath a concrete driveway. Our inspection determined that the tank itself was in good shape, but we weren't able to determine the condition of the drain line coming in or the leech field.

Pride Plumbing was called by the customer to come out and inspect their septic tank. We called in our septic pumping truck; located and uncovered the home’s septic tank, removed its lid, pumped it out, cleaned the tank’s filter, ensured proper drainage and flushing, performed our inspection (no issues were found), reset the lid, and covered the tank back up.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to 1) either rebuild a toilet tank’s flush assembly (this would include replacing the tank's gasket and bolts and the water fill valve, flapper, and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line) or replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model; 2) replace a 40-gallon electric water heater with a new 40-gallon electric customer-supplied model; and 3) replace the hookups for a washing machine (this includes installing new PEX hot and cold water supply lines, boiler drains, PVC drain, and a ProPlus plastic washer box; tying the water supply and drain lines into their respective water and sewer mains under the home; and insulating the PEX hot and cold water supply lines).
