Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace three charcoal filters inside a whole-house reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system. This will require us to turn off the water, remove the filters' housings, replace the filters, reinstall the housings, and turn the water back on. We will then test for leaks and proper water pressure.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. We found a leak on a water supply line fitting. After shutting off the water, we cut out the fitting and a short section of pipe and repaired them with new PEX piping and fittings. We then cut the water back on, drained out any debris at an outside hose bib spigot, and tested for leaks with no further issues. We also provided cost estimates to 1) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen and one bathroom, and at the washing machine and water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings; and 2) replace a leaking kitchen sink faucet with either a new customer supplied model, or a new Pride Plumbing supplied Mainline, Olympia, or Delta model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing its hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink).

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) due to high water pressure in the home (90+ PSI). We also removed and replaced the valve box and lid.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a dripping Delta shower valve. After checking the home's water pressure and finding it acceptable, we used a Delta RP3614 repair kit to replace its lever, seats, and springs, replaced the valve's knob handle, and corrected the issue.

Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate the cause of a water stain on a downstairs ceiling. We cut an access in the ceiling and found that the leak was being caused by a loose upstairs bathtub/shower drain. We removed the shower drain, applied plumbers' putty to its threads, reinstalled it, and tightened it. We tested for leaks with no further issues. We also found a bathroom sink that was slow to drain. We removed and replaced the sink's popup assembly and tested for leaks and proper drainage with no further issues.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install gas supply lines to an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. This will require us to run a new gas supply line from an existing iron pipe gas line over to a fence where a new outdoor kitchen will be located; trench a ditch from the left side of the fence over to a fireplace on the opposite side of the house and bed in new gas piping with tracer wire; install two gas valves - one at the outdoor kitchen and one at the fireplace; and install a gas regulator.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced an E/One sewage pump's control panel. First, we turned the power off to the control panel and removed it. Next, we drilled new wiring holes for the new panel and properly mounted it in place. Finally, we ran water into the pump tank twice to test the system for proper operation and there were no issues.
