Pride Plumbing came out and dug down in the yard to expose and access the outside main sewer septic drain line, cut into the line, installed two new two-way PVC cleanouts with caps (connecting them to the existing outside main sewer septic drain line with new PVC fittings and Fernco couplings), covered the area we dug up after installation, and added concrete collars around the cleanout caps.
Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate a possible water leak inside the home. However, our thorough inspection inside, under, and outside the home did not find any plumbing water or drain sources that were leaking. This included checking the pressure gauge at the well and it was holding steady pressure.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) install a return osmosis (RO) whole-house water filtration system underneath an island sink; 2) install a RO faucet on the island sink; 3) make all the proper water and drain line connections; and 4) after the new RO system and faucet is installed, test them for leaks and proper operation.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced two toilets with new customer-supplied models (this included turning the water off and draining and pulling the old toilets, inspecting and cleaning the flanges, replacing the toilet bowls, toilet tanks, tank to bowl gaskets and bolts, seats, wax ring gaskets, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines). We also replaced a leaking water supply stop on one of the toilets (connecting it to the tank's existing copper water supply line going behind the wall with new PEX piping and fittings) along with the tank's above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line. Once all the repairs were made, we turned the water back on and tested both toilets for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: arrive on site with a tractor and dig up the home's septic tank; once uncovered, call in our septic pumping truck and pump out tank; then use a sewer machine and/or a water pressure Hydro Jet device, from the septic tank back towards the home, to clear a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a Kohler toilet tank's water fill valve not working properly-its black fill hose kept popping off. After shutting off the water, we drained the water from the tank, replaced the water fill valve with a new Fluidmaster PRO45B fill valve along with its above floor braided stainless-steel water supply line. Then we turned the water back on, filled the tank, and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues. We also provided a cost estimate to replace a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) due to high water pressure in the home (85+ PSI).
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced the hookups for a washing machine (this included installing a new ProPlus plastic washer box with quarter-turn valves, attaching the valves to the existing copper water supply lines coming up through the floor with new PEX piping and fittings, adding two new PVC bends and a bushing to the PVC drain pipe coming up through the floor (connecting onto the existing PVC drain pipe with a new no-hub coupling); and replacing the hot- and cold-water supply lines going from the boiler drains to the back of the washing machine with new braided stainless-steel ones).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged toilet. We used a closet auger down through the toilet’s flange and cleared the blockage. We flushed the toilet several times with no further issues. We also provided a cost estimate to 1) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink, dishwasher, and ice maker), at the washing machine, the water heater, and in one bathroom, with new PEX piping and fittings; and 2) repipe and replace the drain lines in the crawlspace, going to all the fixtures in the home (kitchen, one bathroom, and a washing machine), with new PVC piping; installing new fittings and supports under the house for each fixture.

This would include draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, flapper, water fill valve, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.

Then we installed the new water heater on a stand, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless-steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, and wired up the electrical connections to the new water heater (adding a Romex connector). Finally, we bled the air out of the water lines, ensured that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, and set the unit to its appropriate operating temperature.
